AMMA Newsletter - December 2025

Dear Members and Allies,

As the Holiday season is upon us, I want to express my profound gratitude for our ongoing collaboration in support of your companies and our industry. AMMA is growing in both size and influence within the Beltway and beyond, and that progress is the direct result of our partnership.

Congress has returned to Washington, and along with the Trump Administration, has kept domestic manufacturing squarely in focus. This is a priority we must continue to champion with clear, consistent advocacy.

Congress is advancing legislation like the Made in America Manufacturing Finance Act and the Select Committee on the CCP’s efforts to label goods by country of origin, while the Trump Administration, through regulatory reviews and presidential actions, continues to prioritize American‑made goods.

Earlier this fall, AMMA led by submitting comments to the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Section 232 review. Our filing called for clear policy, smart incentives, and robust procurement to rapidly expand domestic production of PPE and critical medical supplies, underscoring that supply security, national preparedness, and job growth all depend on a strong American manufacturing base. We also stand ready to correct misinformation and have shared a myths‑and‑facts sheet on our LinkedIn page for you to share with allies and colleagues.

On an operational side, for AMMA members, this is a friendly reminder that all attestations must be submitted by December 31. Please complete the form here or reach out to me directly should you have any questions.

Thank you again for your ongoing support. Wishing you all a happy and healthy holiday season and a successful Q4 and 2026.

Yours,

Eric
